Elevated Plumbing & Drain provides plumbing services including emergency repairs, drain cleaning, water heater repair/installation, leak detection, sewer camera inspections, repiping, and new construction plumbing. Services are available throughout Nevada, Placer, and Sierra counties and nearby areas.

All services are subject to availability and may be declined or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.

2. Pricing and Payments

• A $49 local dispatch fee applies to same-day emergency service calls.

• Final pricing may vary depending on the scope of work and materials required.

• We will provide a clear estimate before beginning any service.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other standard forms of payment.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to accommodate your preferred service time. However, appointment times are estimates and may shift due to emergency service calls or job duration.

To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a service fee.

4. Warranties and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Certain services may include a limited warranty, which will be outlined at the time of service.

Elevated Plumbing & Drain is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to plumbing systems or property

• Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or third-party vendors

• Indirect or consequential damages resulting from plumbing failures
